Located at the medical campus Heymans in Ghent, Belgium, unites a skills lab for undergraduate training, a master programme in specialist medicine for postgraduates, and a centre for training and research in anatomical science. ITCIT focuses on research, development and implementation of innovative surgical technology and on training in a safe work environment. ITCIT is the supporting platform for existing training and research groups. ITCIT offers interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary training for medical students, postgraduates, medical specialists, nurses and technicians away from the patient. It aims to offer high-quality preparation for daily practice.
