Train the Simulation Technician Course

Who should attend?


Simulation technicians, who are already working in medical training centers focusing on clinical

simulations by using manikin based simulators, are advised to attend the course with Certification

Type A.


Simulation technicians, who are already working in medical training centers focusing on wet lab or

cadaver based surgical trainings are advised to attend the course with Certification Type B.

Certification Type A

This course will cover following topics:

 Infrastructural requirements of medical equipment and simulators.

 Infrastructural requirements of AV solutions and data network.

 Topology of LMS systems integrated with AV solutions

 Basic information of sensor technologies used in medical simulation.

 Hands-on workshop with sensor technologies used in simulators

 Other components used in medical simulators

 Serious gaming modules used with tablet PC, VR and AR based platforms.

 Preventive maintenance


Certification Type B

This course will cover following topics:

 Swine Anatomy

 Animal Care in wet lab conditions

 Designing the wet lab according physical, infrastructural and animal welfare requirements

 Animal preparation & operation process

 Sterilization and disinfection procedures

 Types of cadavers used for medical trainings

 Cadaver storage techniques
